What is the difference between booking via Travelbootik vs booking directly with Club Med?

Are transfers included in my booking?
If you have booked a package with flights included, then your airport transfer to and from the Club Med village are automatically included. If that is not your case but would like to add transfers to your booking, we can arrange it for you with a supplement.
Do I need travel insurance?
All Club Med memberships include basic insurance, so you're automatically covered when you book (click here to see the basic insurance). If you would like a more complete coverage, you can purchase the "Total Peace of Mind" insurance at a cost of $79 per adult and $49 for kids (click here to see the "Total Peace of Mind" policy).
Do I have to pay to hold a room?
No, all we need is either your GM number or your name and date of birth. Holding a room allows you to freeze a price and keep a room on hold for a few days before you make your final decision.
Can I cancel my trip?

Can you help me book my flights?
Of course! We take care of everything for you. We have good connections with airlines and will make sure you get the best route for your needs.
How many people need to travel to be considered a group?
Club Med doesn't look at the number of persons, but at the number of rooms booked. To be considered a group, you need to book at least 10 rooms, meaning it could be 10 people in single rooms, but it could also be 20+ people in double rooms.
Can I book trips outside of Club Med with Travelbootik?
No, Travelbootik is an exclusive Club Med agent, which means we only organize Club Med trips. Because of this exclusivity, we have developed a real expertise and great relationship with the brand.
