From giving you advice on the right destination for you, the optimal dates and length, booking flights, airport transfers, we will customize your trip with you to understand and fulfill your unique needs and preferences. We pride ourselves with giving a top-quality service to all of our clients, whether it's personal travels, group trips or corporate events. Joelle Kalfon
Founder & CEO
I am Joelle, a French-American travel enthusiast, and founder of Travelbootik. My story with Club Med started in my teenage years. My very first job was in a Club Med Resort, where I worked with kids at the Mini Club. I then became an entrepreneur, gaining experience through different professions and ventures. In 2013, a mother of four and looking for new opportunities, I decided to reconnect with the Club Med community and culture, and became a certified Club Med agent, opening my own agency, Travelbootik. I have lead trips in five continents and helped people plan their dream vacations in resorts all over the world. Ten years later, I'm a proud Diamond Agent, and was named Club Med's top travel agent for eight years in a row. Striving to always become a better Club Med expert, I attend annual trainings in resorts and all of Club Med's openings. You could say that Club Med and traveling is part of my DNA.

Following the footsteps of my mother Joelle, I started working at Club Med as a Mini Club G.O. and then as a Guest Relations G.O. after a lifelong of traveling to Club Med. I worked the opening of Club Med's latest Luxury Collection village, in Michès, as well as working in Turkoise and Sandpiper. I then decided to put my college degree and passion for marketing & branding to work, and joined the family business as Marketing Director in 2020. While my journey started in the classrooms of Georgia State University in Atlanta, the next chapter of my story took me to London, England where I learned more about myself than I could imagine. I realized my calling was travelling and discovering new places. Now I wish to do the same for others and help them discover the world and the marvels it has to offer. I started with club med as a G.O until it was time to join the family business in the hope that our clients too fall in love with the place and the spirit of Club Med.
