Meet the team
Joelle Kalfon
Founder & CEO
I am Joelle, a French-American travel enthusiast, and founder of Travelbootik. For me, travel and Club Med has always been personal. My story with Club Med started in my teenage years with my very first job in a Club Med Resort, where I worked with kids at the Mini Club.
After building experience as an entrepreneur across several business ventures, I reconnected with the Club Med community and culture and returned to the world of Club Med in 2012 when I opened my own dedicated agency, TravelBootik.
Since then, I have lead trips in five continents and helped people experience extraordinary resorts and destinations around the world. Today, I am a proud Diamond Agent and have been recognized as Club Med’s top travel agent for ten consecutive years. Striving to always become a better Club Med expert, I continue to deepen my expertise through annual resort trainings, openings, and all of Club Med's new resort openings.
You could say that Club Med and traveling is part of my DNA.

Travel has always been a part of my life. Growing up in the world of Club Med, where my parents met as G.O.s, I developed a natural passion for travel and hospitality from a very young age.

Today, I’m proud to be part of the Travelbootik team, combining my role in marketing, social media, and sales to help clients find the perfect Club Med experience. With a deep knowledge of the brand, I provide thoughtful recommendations and ensure every detail is considered, so each trip is seamless and unforgettable.

My journey began at Georgia State University in Atlanta, but it was during the next chapter of my life in London that I discovered how much travel could shape a person. Exploring new places, cultures, and ways of life inspired me to help others experience that same sense of discovery.

Following that, I began my Club Med career as a G.O., gaining firsthand knowledge of the brand, its resorts, and the spirit that makes each stay so memorable. I later joined TravelBootik, where I now support clients to shape their dream vacation, helping them find the Club Med experience that feels right for them.
